Training & Development
With growing demand for UAV Technicians, Dronix Technologies Pvt Ltd, has designed the most demanding UAV Technician Training course. This course takes the participants behind the scenes of drone manufacturing including complete Integration, Trouble shooting, Repair and Maintenance of the drone.
This is not a UAV or Drone Piloting course. With drones becoming completely autonomous, the need for UAV Technicians who understands the mechanics of the drone system is growing at a faster rate than the Pilots.
With this in mind, the training program is designed to give the participants the necessary skills to do Integration, Testing, Qualification, Repairs and Maintenance of various systems and subsystems of the drone.
The course combines principles of aeronautics, electronics and mechanical engineering giving participants the opportunity to work hands-on in multiple areas.

This is a skill development program with a goal to create professional UAV Technicians. This program is tailored to combine aeronautics, electronic engineering and mechanical engineering with unmanned systems. Students in this program will explore the intricacies of UAV/Drone subsystems and components, such as airframe, electrical systems, sensors and actuators, electronic circuits, communication systems, control systems, machine design, manufacturing technology, materials technology, camera systems and other payloads, and fundamentals of UAV/Drone operations.
When you enroll in this UAV Technician program, you are choosing a unique path that will set you apart in the unmanned aviation industry. This is one of the only programs of its kind in the country, focusing specifically on the engineering behind an unmanned aircraft’s construction and operation. While most other training programs aim to train UAV pilots , experts are also needed to design, build and maintain unmanned aircraft. This program will give you the opportunity to study in an exclusive program while preparing you for a career in a crucial area of the drone industry.
The unmanned aircraft systems industry continues to expand year after year in job growth. As a Professional UAV Technician, you have the exciting opportunity of entering a career field that is on the rise. According to an economic report by the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International, the UAV industry is projected to create more than 100,000 jobs by 2025, generating an economic impact worth more than $82 billion.
This course is suitable for any candidate having passed high school with a Physics/Math background.
No, not required.
No, this is not a Drone Piloting course. However, drone operations will be taught in the course. As the entire world moves towards automation, the need for technicians will rise. Even if the drones are automated, technicians will be needed to build, integrate, repair and conduct maintenance of the drone fleets. Hence, UAV Technicians jobs will be better than UAV Pilots.
No, this course does not require any DGCA certificate.
We will recommend suitable opportunities to our students.
